Functions: pH Adjuster (raises pH), Neutralizer for Carbomers and Acids

Typical Usage Rate: 0.1-2% (as 10% solution) = 0.01-0.2% pure KOH

Notes: Strong alkali; neutralizes carbomers; saponifies oils (produces liquid/soft soap vs NaOH bar soap); VERY caustic - handle with care; pre-diluted 10% solution safer; used in liquid soap making
