Notes: 2-10% for humectant/moisturizing; 10-20% for softening rough/dry skin; 20-40% for keratolytic treatment (calluses, cracked heels). Can cause stinging on broken skin; avoid face products >5%. At high % (>20%) use only on body areas, not face.
